Thank you for stopping by! iLead is an international Christian charity that collaborates with individuals and organisations to provide education, training and Resources to Equip People around the globe, primarily focusing on Developing Countries. We believe that everyone has a great purpose and is born to lead in their gifting. Therefore, we aim to create a platform for them to discover their destiny and develop their giftings in life.
One of my favourite quotes from Mother Theresa is, “I alone cannot change the world, but I can cast a stone across the water to create many ripples“. With your help and support, we can create many ripples that could shape the destiny of the next generation for the better.

With over 15 years of dedicated service, iLead International has transformed more than 25 organisations and changed 100+ lives through practical support and leadership empowerment. Our commitment continues with 50+ leadership workshops delivered to communities ready to lead change.
We equip young people with the tools, confidence, and mindset they need to lead with purpose — in school, in church, and in life.
Through mentorship and tailored training programs, we equip emerging leaders with the skills, confidence, and resources needed to inspire and lead others effectively.
We establish Christ-centered communities where individuals can grow spiritually, connect with others, and share the transformative message of the Gospel.
We offer workshops designed to help individuals grow in key areas of their personal and professional lives, fostering self-awareness, resilience, and a commitment to lifelong learning.
